A Stream Deck profile is a ready-to-install configuration file (.streamDeckProfile) that maps dozens of app-specific keyboard shortcuts to the physical keys of your Elgato Stream Deck. Each key shows a custom icon with the shortcut name. Double-click the file to install — the Elgato Stream Deck software imports it automatically in under 10 seconds. The profile activates when your app is in focus.

Yes. Every profile includes both macOS and Windows keyboard bindings. The Stream Deck software detects your operating system automatically and uses the correct keybindings. You can switch between computers and the same profile works on both platforms without any manual configuration.

All current Elgato Stream Deck models are supported: Stream Deck Mini (6 keys), Stream Deck Neo (8 keys), Stream Deck MK.2 (15 keys), Stream Deck XL (32 keys), Stream Deck + (8 keys + 4 dials), and Stream Deck + XL (36 keys + 6 dials). Profiles are auto-paginated to fit each device. Dial encoder actions are included for Stream Deck + and Stream Deck + XL models.

Three steps. 1) Buy and download the .streamDeckProfile file from the Elgato Marketplace. 2) Double-click it — the Elgato Stream Deck app opens and imports it in under 10 seconds. 3) Nothing else: the profile ships with its target application already set, so it switches on by itself when that app comes into focus. If it doesn't, open Stream Deck → Preferences → Profiles, select the profile, click Application and pick the app manually. Both icon themes are included in the same file — swap between them in Preferences → Profiles.

Premium profiles for professional tools (design, development, audio, 3D, gaming) are on the Elgato Marketplace, priced between €1.27 and €8.78. All sales are billed in euros by Elgato; the $ toggle on this page is an approximate conversion for reference only.

Every profile ships with two icon themes: Dark (minimal dark background with colored accent bars and white Phosphor icons) and Plain (vibrant category-colored backgrounds with auto-contrast icons). Both themes use 288×288 PNG icons designed for maximum readability on Stream Deck screens.
